Radical changes to CIS-2230

I’m going the change some things about the on-line portion of the course to help steam line things. Read the post BEFORE the 15th for a chance at some part points.
Update: The moodle install is complete and the course is setup. The old forums at www.skoda.net/smf are now set READ ONLY. You must post in the new forums in the new course from here on out.

Quiz #4 is up and going
I had a little hicup with blackboard last night, but that’s all fixed now. Quiz #4 is available for students now and will remain open for the next 24 hours. Please make every effort to take the quiz. You have to contact me BEFORE the quiz closes at 1PM on 11 March if you cannot take the quiz in order to reschedule a make-up.

Bring your book to lab

Quiz #3 extended… again
Quiz 3 has been extended to Monday 8 March. The quiz will close at 5PM on Monday. Please make every effort to complete the quiz before it closes, because I cannot extend it again, since quiz #4 will start on Wednesday.

Another quiz will open on Wednesday at noon and close on Thursday. Please take the quiz on blackboard. Work by yourself and let me know immediately when/if you have troubles with the quiz or the blackboard site.

Quiz, quiz, quiz… and something funny
Don’t forget the quiz that opens on Wednesday at noon. It’s the standard 5 question “pick the best answer” style quiz. Remember to email, AIM, or facebook me as soon as you have technical difficulty with Blackboard. I can do nothing for you if you wait until the next lab meeting to tell me you couldn’t take the quiz; I need to know as soon as possible about any trouble with Blackboard.
