I have been trying to find a note taking or journaling application for the iPod Touch. I use MacJournal on the laptop and it’s really a great program. I, like many MacJournal users, am patiently waiting for the iPod Touch/iPhone version of MacJournal.

I tried out WordPress for the iPod Touch and the free wordpress blog, then moved my blog over to wordpress. The ability to blog from my iPod, while I’m away from my computer, is a key feature. I connected a MacJournal journal to my wordpress blog and now I’ve got a sort of sync between the iPod and MacJournal. Entries that I post to the blog from the iPod will show up in MacJournal and this entry in MacJournal, should go to the iPod after I press the publish button, here goes…

The post has made it to my iPod and now I’m editing the content using the iphone WordPress app.

So August 22nd is the release date for the iPhone in many central American and some small central European countries. We still don’t have them in Vermont.

Like many things the state of Vermont lags far behind the rest of the country. Now we lag behind some third world countries. Why is that? In state government so set on preserving our touristm trade that we actively retard the development of the state? Perhaps Vermont consumers are just too dumb or poor. Maybe we are a third works country and we just don’t know it.

So my skoda.com site is doing well as a family space with pictures and family updates and what-not.  I wanted a space for my security work, my software work, technical posts, and VTC materials.  I don’t see this as a replacement for my .mac account but as an additional site for different stuff.
